How to file a grievance ?

 Who will investigate the grievance?

The basis of whistleblower protection is the ethics hotline operated for us by BDO Audit s.r.o., IČO 45314381. Persons authorised by BDO Audit s.r.o. independently investigate each grievance submitted.


How will I know that the grievance has been investigated?

Each report will be thoroughly investigated and, if necessary, action will be taken to remedy or draw consequences from the findings. You will be informed of the conclusions of the investigation within 30 days of the date of filing the grievance via the ethics hotline (this period may be extended by up to 60 days).
